Project Management and MEAL Training for NGO Staffs (Both Virtual & On-site)
AFDC Global offers a comprehensive global training portfolio of paid and free workshops on Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, proposal development and Communication strategy to short, no-cost virtual workshops that build foundational skills for early-career practitioners. AFDC runs bespoke, group-staff and organisational trainings in Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Communication Strategy, Donor Reporting and Proposal Development (available as multi-day online cohorts, one-to-one coaching packages, or on-site workshops), and supports organisations to tailor content, duration and pricing to their needs. In parallel, AFDC regularly hosts free capacity-building events for emerging young development professionals from the Global South—most recently the free Global South Young Change Makers workshop 2026—and offers short free cohorts (limited seats) focused on MEAL and project-design essentials. Since 2019, AFDC Global has built the capacity of 3000+ development professionals from 245+ organizations across 47+ countries in the Global South through its comprehensive training portfolio. Our flagship programs include the AFDC Youth Ambassador Program, which launches global young leaders in development; the Young Women Humanitarian Leadership Program, which has trained 30 young women (ages ≤24) from 14 Muslim-majority countries—including Afghanistan, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, and Iran—for a 6-month humanitarian internship; the Global South Young Change Makers Workshop 2026, a free virtual workshop bringing together 86 early-career practitioners, predominantly women from 45 countries; and our free 3-hour virtual workshops designed for professionals with 0–5 years of experience, offering 30 spots with priority given to applicants from the Global South. Through these initiatives, AFDC continues to empower the next generation of development leaders while supporting organizations in strengthening their project management, monitoring & evaluation, communication strategy, and donor reporting capabilities.

AFDC Global South Young Change Makers Workshop 2026
On May 9, 2026, AFDC Global successfully concluded its flagship Global South Young Change Makers Workshop, empowering 86 early-career practitioners—predominantly women, mostly from global south and Africa with critical skills to drive sustainable development. The intensive program equipped these emerging leaders with actionable expertise in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), Project Management. This initiative further solidifies AFDC Global’s ongoing commitment to building institutional capacity across the Global South and bridging the critical gap between field research and actionable policy.
